Unintended Use
Although shipping was delayed, this is a great product for the unintended purpose I'm using it for. It's currently being used as an extruder knob for a 3D printer. I upgraded the extruder and it had the stepper motor shaft exposed for the purpose of feeding the filament, however the plastic knob warped at higher temps. This gear has the perfect bore size, with 2 set screws to secure it in place. Now, I have a large, easy to manipulate knob for the extruder that functions really well.

REQUIRES SMALLER SPUR FOR STOCK MOTOR MOUNT
BIG PINION WORKS WELL WITH INFRACTION AND A 40T SPUR WITH A FLIPPED MOTOR MOUNT AND 6S FOR OVER 100MPH EASY ON SOME BSR FOAMS ON STOCK ELECTRONICS.

Seems well made
Son argued that this was what he needed so we ordered it. It was not, I was right. We kept it as a reminder for him to better investigate his part numbers. He has no RC that will use it. LOL

Pinion hole is not 5mm
The hole seems to be maybe 4.5mm it is not 5 mm. You have to force it onto a 1717 1650KV motor. I had to drill out the hole to 5mm. They do hold up and work after you get it installed. I like them, but returning them would be a waste of my time. Drill the 5mm please.
