This Anker power bank is seriously impressive. It charges my Dell XPS 16 and iPad M2 (6th gen) with no issues at all, even while using them. The power output is strong, and having three ports makes it easy to charge multiple devices at once. The battery capacity is huge, so I don’t have to worry about running out during travel or long days on campus. The app is a nice but not really useful because you can just use the screen on the power bank and it tells you the same information. The build quality is very solid. It’s a bit heavy, but that’s expected for something this powerful. Overall, it’s been super reliable and well worth it.

After months of using this power bank over camping trips and international flights, this is my go to power bank. Pros: Quality: The powerbank is of top quality in its ability to provide the required power continuously without any power drops. Charging speed: DEFINITELY buy a 140 W adapter along with it. When you are traveling or camping, a simple 38 minutes of charging gives you from 0 to 100% battery! I also use it in my international travels and a single stop at a cafe makes every device of mine charged thanks to this device. Battery life: This is at the limit of the airline limits, which is 100 Wh and this device is at 99 Wh. So this is the ultimate charging unit you can carry around while traveling abroad. It can charge my phone 3 to 4 times, and I can charge my MacBook 16" to use it throughout the day even if it had 0 charge at the beginning. Cons: These positive parts being said, here are some downsides. Size: It is quite big and heavy. So if you are going to use it on a daily basis and you do not have a backpack to carry this big boy around, then this item is not for you. Value for money: Well, I believe that you can still get a smaller product that will do the job for you with a more reasonable price. However, if you are traveling internationally or camping regularly, this is such a reliable one that I will be probably using this for years to come. Also check out Anker's 737 powerbank if you are concerned with the size. The charging speed is still really fast with that one as well.

Peace of mind when you travel, camp remotely or have a power outage. This Anker Prime 250W Power Bank is a game-changer for staying charged. With 27,650mAh, it charged my laptop, phone, and tablet at the same time. AND then did it again for a second set of tech. Compact and TSA-approved (cuz who needs more stress at TSA security!). It’s perfect for travel, remote camping, or long workdays. Reliable, recharges fast, and feels substantial, without weighing a ton. Love this so much, I am considering buying a second for off grid working.

Even comparing to all the “high end” kickstarter/indiegogo graphene banks (uze bold/bold2, chargeasap flash 2.0/pro plus), and even with all its flaws (namely, the inaccurate battery SoC percentage meter, and no passthrough charging on this model - why?!), the Prime 250W is still the most up-to-date (protocol-wise) power bank on the market. It’s even got a slick app, albeit completely unnecessary. Since hardly anybody talks about on any reviews, reddit, forums, etc… about the cool dual port charging, I’ll talk about my experience here. After trying out a few different PD3.1 chargers, and making sure the cables were all good with my trusty KM003C, my best case maximum combined charge rate hit 166.5w. And that’s only when the battery’s display meter shows ~90%. I was hoping that it would get the full 170w beans (or more) because I generally get to its second highest rate of 166.2w at around 66%, which is at least somewhat positive that it can do the bulk of the charging at *nearly* the highest rate. Still… I can get single port charging at 141w, which is over advertised. Why can’t I get to 170w? Also, importantly, the unit definitely doesn’t heat up as quickly when charging via dual ports versus a single 140w port. Single port I’ve gotten to 40C, whereas dual port it’s 37-38C when it hits 100%. So I don’t think I’m hitting a thermal limit thats throttling me but I could be Wrong…. So maybe next time I’ll test my next dual port charge in the fridge. About the inaccurate battery percentage meter. It’s well reported by many. When the unit’s meter hits 100%, the real life battery charge is closer to 80%. I’m not going to talk about as to why that is, but you can speculate some logical reasons why Anker did this. Anyways, if you have an external meter, you will notice that the battery is still pulling a good amount of watts (100W+), which slowly trickles down to 0.1w. As I write this, it’s been 30 mins since I hit 100% and it’s still drawing a few. Although I hate the form factor that all the newer power banks are being manufactured as (i prefer the old style flat brick, not a thick brick), I think my 166+ watt dual port charging makes it the fastest charging usb bank on the market. All those graphene power banks designed years ago but released recently are all outdated. They claim they have amazing output with their SINGLE usb-c port having the ability to output 140W (if they even have that, most are still 100W at best) and their “ultra mega deluxe high speed” 100w input charging due to the efficient cooling of graphene (what a crock of s*). The Anker Prime 250W, with its plain ol’ lithium ion (I doubt it’s LiFePO4 otherwise they’d be raving about using those type of cells in the advertisement) can take a lot of input power which I just love. Although I haven’t tried any of the other latest cheap chinese branded PD3.1 banks to compare..z I read that some can even do dual port charging too but I digress. I wish they would make an actual graphene power bank and blow all other products out of the water. Have single port 240W EPR charging/output…. One can only hope. Maybe when TB5 and usb4v2gen3.2 3x3 comes out we’ll see a generational leap in tech with these power banks.

Bought this to power my Starlink mini. Was in the jungles of the Amazon and battery worked like a charm. Has plenty of juice so should last quite a long time. I only used the Starlink for short periods of time so can’t really attest to how long it would last at constant use. It’s not cheap but is well built and another great Anker product. It’s a bit heavy. Bought a case for it and protects it well when I pack it in my back back for travel. Obviously can power my MacBook Pro, phone or iPad as well. I bought it with the charging base so it’s a snap to recharge.

For someone that plays a lot of podcasts and listens to audio books while working , this is essential. It's not light, it's a brick and it has some weight to it but it more than makes up for its size in how effective it is as a portable battery source. It's super fast. I had a lesser Anker model which took much longer to charge. This takes less than half the time to charge. This was worth every penny.
