This pillow is perfect regardless of how you sleep; side, back, stomach. I have used it several ways and it’s comfortable and has helped my neck. Let me sleep on various sleeping style with comfort and helping me relief my pain in neck and was able to sleep right away. It is not heavy and can be adjustable for heights , i was able to adjust it to my sleeping style appropriately.

The neck part of this pillow is really great; you can really pump it up nice and full to get great support under your neck. The zipper is in a strange place, but it didn’t really bother me even with sleeping with my arm under my head. The problem with this pillow is the top part is not high enough to support your head if you pump up the neck. So that leaves your head at an uncomfortable angle, which kind of undoes all the good the neck support does. So I tried unsnapping it and using it with another pillow, but regular pillows are too wide to fit in between you and the headboard. So unless I can find something to use in place of the flat pillow, the usefulness of the neck pillow is limited. Also the neck pillow is heavy, very heavy! I was hoping to use it for travel instead of bringing my expensive big contour pillow, but the neck pillow alone is heavier than my whole contour pillow! I think this pillow will end up only being used if my neck is really hurting. The support this neck pillow provides is really, really great! But that alone is worth the price!

I highly recommend the cervical neck pillow. I used to keep changing pillows throughout the night to relief my neck pain, but nothing helped. I found this "miracle" pillow that has been amazing in helping me with my neck pain. I can adjust the height freely through the airbag according to my neck condition. Keeps my head at a perfect angle so I don't have neck pain.I just love it. I am so grateful that I was able to find this and I can now have a restful sleep without waking up in the middle of the night with neck pain.

Great shaped pillow for giving your neck relief while laying down but doesn’t take up a lot of roomI was pleasantly surprised with this pillow.I sleep more comfortably at night with less tension in my neck and shoulders. I was recommended to sleep on my back by my chiropractor to help heal a lumbar herniated disc that I have.I bought this pillow to resolve some neck pain I had and to help correct my neck posture.The rounded shape fits against the back of the neck perfectly and the foam is just firm enough to support but soft enough for comfort.

I bought this for my husband who has neck pain, often after a night’s sleep. It’s comfortable and support his neck enough to allow he some goodnight sleep. It has no funky smell coming off of it like others I have tried. Support is somewhat there, pain relief is useful and the comfort is decent.Hopefully it’ll get better the more he use it.
