I bought this medicine travel container for a recent trip and it worked perfectly. It kept my medication cool for around 5 hours, just as described, which gave me peace of mind while I was out and about. The included ice packs are easy to freeze and fit neatly inside, and the whole container is lightweight and easy to carry with the strap. For the price, I was really impressed with the quality — it feels sturdy and well-made. My only small wish is that it came in more colour options, but that’s definitely not a dealbreaker. If you need something affordable and reliable to keep your meds cool on the go, this is a great choice!

Purchased this for a round the world trip and it worked much better than expected. The ice pack was still partially frozen after 18 hours of travel so very happy.

It doesn't take 3 diabetic pens without removing the gel pack

Let me just say that I'm a 30 year diabetic using an insulin pen and when I saw this product I thought it was a great idea.Essentially this is a vacuum flask that includes 2 bottles that you 80% fill with water and freeze, one of the frozen bottles then go into the vacuum flask with your insulin pen/pens for transportation, Inserting the frozen bottle into the vacuum flask was an easy fit, I did try to put the second bottle into the flask but there is only room for one so the second bottle (I assume) must be a spare.The vacuum flask itself is of very high quality and has a lovely sleave that fits perfectly around the flask, you get a strap that connects to the flasks sleave with plastic clips.A great product that I'm extremely impressed with.

The cooling bottles are small and you have to mix the gel one yourself! It’s not clear which is the gel bottle as both are same colour. One has something hard rolling around inside so I guess it’s that one, however I’d prefer to have pre-mixed cooler like other suppliers. Item returned. It’s a shame because the metal bottle and the holder look good.
