I like the design. it is not bulky but has good cushioning for long hours sitting down. Glad it has an adjustable back support cushion and neck cushion. Also a plus that the arms are padded too. The build quality is good - though I had to have help putting it together as it is rather complicated (to me). But once it is setup, it works nicely. The swivel is smooth, the adjustable height and angle controls are great, and this has been such a good & helpful change to the boring office chair for work-from-home purposes. The extendable leg rest isn't used too often but it's there if I need it which is a nice option. I've not tried the massage/ vibrating functions as it's not my thing but it's a great chair regardless.

Comfy padding, sturdy, nice tilt-back function. Everything you could ask for in a gaming chair! Great price too.It was very easy to set up - I’m not a DIY person and found the instructions easy to follow and finished within one hour.Arrived much quicker than the expected arrival, too. In fact, it was a whole week earlier than I expected! Perfect :)

Easy to build yourself, no need for help. Instructions and how they present the different bolts etc, makes it easy to follow.It’s comfy enough to spend a few hours on the chair, although I have had comfier. It’s just a wee bit hard, but not bad enough you want to jump off after an hr. The vibration pan is cool, and can help, but you defo need a socket. Was hoping you could plug the usb into the comp, but nope, my comp is quite good but BSOD as soon as I used it with comp.It’s a solid chair, not used leg rest yet, but looks like it would be comfy enough. I would recommend for the price, it’s a good chair, comfy enough, and looks nice too.

Damaged on arrival , however great customer service and resolved immediately. I would purchase again ! Quality , design and comfort are perfect as an office chair

I will be adjusting this review at some point.But just to say In short this is a very comfortable chair.Very comfortable especially if you have problems with your lower back.Only one snag for me is i can play an electric guitar sat it but the arms sometimes do get in the way.I did have one of these chairs from an Italian manufacturer which allowed the arms to be raised, the only problem with that chair it was made I think for a rather large person, too wide for me.Yes this chair you sit on it bare legged your likely to stick to it when you get up, anyway its in all these type of chairs of that material.This chair easily put together, but really the tools are mickey mouse, not that I'm moaning, at least they include that.But really get yourself some longer allen keys and even a mini powered screw driver, and then just nip up them bolts with your longer allen key better torque (Obviously do not over tighten).I haven't used the USB thingy at the moment so don't know what thats all about.I love the colour it is so me, it should have my name on it.Recommend this chair.

We bought this chair about 10 months ago for our son's birthday, and he was very pleased with the ergonomics and build quality compared to some of his previous gaming chairs.However, recently it started squeaking, and we tracked the problem down to a broken weld where the seat mechanism holds the seat post.We contacted GTPlayer, who asked for a photo of the problem area, acknowledged the issue and sent us a replacement seat mechanism straight away.The new part arrived within a couple of days and when we replaced the seat mechanism, we found that we had an issue getting the seat post out of the broken seat mechanism, so GTPlayer sent us a new seat post, which again arrived within a couple of days.We then had an issue getting the other end of the seat post out of the base, contacted GTPlayer, and they sent us a new base unit and legs.I'm pleased to say that chair is now back in full working order, but I was super impressed by how helpful the aftercare team were at GTPlayer.They were sympathetic, apologetic and prompt to send out the new parts.There are a lot of companies that could learn from GTPlayer on how to look after your customers!

The seat cussion is comfortable and it extends out far enough so your not perched on the edge with a cushion behind you, which you will need unfortunately, as the lumbar support is non existent. The cushions supplied squash easier than a month old apple, so you will need to put something behind you to bulk out your lower back.The neck cushion is ok, as there's not much weight goign onto it, and the arm rests are comfortable. The bottom half doesn;t recline, only the top half, which I knew beforehand but I do miss being able to recline my whole body in a chair.The extendable leg rest is a joke...anyone above the age of 14 will undoubtedly hear a splintering sound as they try to rest their legs on it, even though there's no point, as the leg rest doesnt extend out far enough to even reach your calf muscles, so it's not comfortable to rest your legs on anyway.I have 2 slipped sics, and it doesn't kill me to sit in it for a reasonable length of time, which is a significant improvement on my last chair, so it could be a lot worse, but if you're looking for a quality chair which supports an adult and you like to recline a lot, keep looking

Great chair and really comfortable for those long gaming sessions. Easy to assemble too.
