This bike is great value for money, rides really well, plenty of power in the battery, and looks great. Came very well packaged, pretty straight forward to put together, took me around 45 minutes, a little adjustment needed on disc brakes that were rubbing slightly but that was it, no other problems. Owned for 1 week and ridden for work commute 100 km done, all good so far.

This is my very first electric bike which I bought for getting to work on. I have been very impressed with it. It looks smart and works very well. A great price for such a good quality bike. I am very pleased I bought it. The battery lasts well abd it is easy to ride.When it arrived it was almost fully built and only needed a few things putting together before it was ready to use.I had a slight problem with the chain a week ago and had to contact The company about it. They resolved the small issue very quickly and were extremely helpful.I can highly recommend my new Varun bije to anyone looking to get goid quality and value for money.

It came very well packaged and required minimal building. All tools were included but I used my own for some jobs just to make life easier. It took about an hour to build in total including the time to retrieve the seat post that I accidentally dropped into the frame!Everything worked first time and it is very nice to ride! As per UK law, the max speed it 25 kph but it gets to this speed very quickly on the flat and only slows down on the steeper hills. I have only taken it out for a couple of 10mile rides so far and the battery hasn't budged from 100% yet so I'm planning a longer ride at the weekend. It certainly makes me want to get out and enjoy the countryside.I have noticed a bit of a squeak from the front brake disk and the power seems to be quite abrubt. i.e. it comes on quite suddenly and also cuts out suddenly (as required by law, of course). It's also a bit rattley but nothing too bad.Overall I would recommend this as it seems to have the best range and performance for the price. And it's UK road legal which many don't seem to be. It's not as finnessed as some bikes I've seem but they all either cost a lot more or have a lot less range or both.A couple of slight niggles - it came with an EU plug not a UK. The seat didn't match the installation instructions but wasn't too tricky to work out. A screw was missing from the display attachment mechanism. I DIYed a fix rather than contact their support to save time.

Wow what can I say about this Wonderful Bike its Amazing Power and Quality is out of this world so responsive and its so smooth in riding and its style is so wow factor. Its such Beautiful Bike in Person Believe me it really is. and let me tell you some thing Elsa this Company goes out of its way to make sure you get this Product Safe and secureThis Parcel came so well protected it was like opening a SATELIGHT with every thing covered with hard plastic protectors and the Bike was carefully constructed by my self and I was amazed at the Quality of this product If your thinking of getting this for your self or as a gift then its A BIG THUMPS up.There was no not one problem in assembling this Item it took me 3 hours 22 mints 35 seconds from start to finishI needed it for my bad hip and lower back problems and I am not changing now I have got my self an EBI got this battery at 80% when I first started it up. so I know it was sitting in there factory for some time so Get them before there sold out. I am looking for a back up battery that's how impressed I am with this Amazing Amazon Product. 10 STARS. Well done.

The bike is set at a perfect price point but is in no way entry level. It came well packaged and protected. All the tools you need to assemble are included. There is an assembly video available which is helpful. The range is better than many e bikes costing £600 more. Saddle is comfy and brakes work well. I had to do some slight adjustment on the rear derailer but that is to be accepted. Overall I can't fault the bike, and at a great price.

No speed more going what can I do? Only 30 km running.now problems start . before 25 speed give.yesterday running time low speed.

Good quality definitely worth the money. Fairly easy to assemble and comes with tools. Battery lasts around the 55km range as advertised (when only using throttle) the customer service is amazing resolved any little issues I had in a reasonable time.
