Great product! It helps with inflammation and there is no strange taste after taking these tablets. You get a great value for your money. I don’t have issues taking these tablets on an empty stomach.

I don't know why or how but this supplement has reduced distractions to my mental processes.

The product was well sealed. Contains Lion's Mane and Bacognize. The pills were a bit large for me. I have one presently melting in the back of my throat making me feel uncomfortable. I know it will eventually go down, but I'm hesitant to swallow more. Maybe I will cut them open and put them in juice.At any rate, if you can handle big pills, you might try it. For me, I can't take them this large, especially this type of coating. They tend to stick.
