One piece (18) is broken. Another piece 28 is missing . Please send me the pieces. Cute toy but cheap and misleading. My kid is disappointed

My granddaughter and I play with this toy frequently and adore it.

This is a great dollhouse for pretend play. NOTE that it does NOT come with furniture or little mice like in some of the photos (this is correctly noted on amazon and the box). I purchased the HyDren 83 pcs dollhouse furniture package and it is great, although the adult's heads almost touch the ceilings so maybe smaller people would have been better. I was nervous to have to build the house but the directions are great. It's an easy to follow step by step with all of the pieces numbered. There were a few spots where I had to think, but quickly realized what was being told to be done. The pieces (mostly) easily snap together in an ingenious way. I tried to undo some snaps and they seem to come apart nicely, although I did not take the entire set apart so I can't be certain how hard it would be to disassemble fully. There were a couple spots that did not fit together well and I got nervous but a couple of hits with the hammer fixed the situation. I love how the lights illuminate the interior! The plastic is a tad flimsy in spots but I feel like it is sturdy enough for a dollhouse, and it withstood my hammering, so that's a good sign. My guess is that even a b a r b i e house is the same level of plastic/sturdiness, from what I remember of my niece's. I love that it closes so nicely into a more compact house. Although I think that the stairs and connecting floor needs to be removed to do so (or I just couldn't figure it out. And it came with no chemical odor, which is so important to me. So, overall, I am super happy with this set and excited to set up the inside and to play pretend play with my nieces when they come to visit.

Fun little critter house. Not nearly the quality of the on brand version, but still really cute. My daughter enjoys it.

I was a little surprised that you have to assemble this yourself, but honestly, the whole process was so easy. It is pretty big, which I love, and I appreciate that you can choose to close it or keep it open. This dollhouse fits great with our Calico Critters. We already have some different furniture and lots of little critters, and we’ve had so much fun decorating this dollhouse and adding our own personal touches to it.My five-year-old son loves anything miniature, and this provides him with so much fun. I love that he now has this adorable little house to play with. Although the action figures are way too big for it, that doesn’t really stop him; he still enjoys using his action figures in there. The price is a little steep, but for what you get, it’s worth it. This is something that can last a long time and bring hours of fun.

I bought this house for my daughter who is obsessed with these little characters. She was extremely happy with it when she opened it for Christmas. However, my husband began putting it together only to find out it was missing pieces. It was heart breaking to see my daughter unhappy because it couldn’t be put together.
