Heavenly
Oh my gosh! Guidry's Pecan Butter is heaven in a jar. I loved the grainy texture from the pecans. I thought it was salted perfectly. The flavor of roasted pecans was absolutely divine. I bought this to make keto fat bombs, forget that. A couple of tablespoons (oink) in a monkey dish with a drop or two of EZ-Sweetz and I was walking on sunshine. I just ordered two more jars. I would not change a single thing. Came wrapped to withstand a train wreck and on time. I love, love, love this product. Two tablespoons (okay, maybe I did have another two later) were so filling and satisfying that I see this as my new dinner replacement. I eat my main meal early afternoon. I had this at 7pm and never wanted or even thought of eating another meal afterwards, so great for IF.Now the big question is how, if they are both made with only pecans and salt, do the nutrition numbers between this and Georgia Grinders vary so dramatically? For a one ounce (2 tbs.) serving -Guidry's Organic is: 108 cals., 14 gms. fat, 2 gms. carbs, 2 gms. fiber, 2 gms. proteinGeorgia Grinders is: 220 cals., 23 gms. fat, 4 gms. carbs, 3 gms. fiber, 3 gms. proteinWhat the heck, double the calories and almost double the fat? Who's right? Someone please tell me because that is a vast difference and has a huge impact on my macros which I track religiously. Not that I'll buy anything but Guidry's from now on no matter what the macros, I'm simply stumped by the difference and want to know if the numbers are accurate, why the difference? For the record, the Georgia Grinders tasted stale to me. It was particularly noticable in the side by side comparison with Guidry's. I had bought both to compare flavors based on the reviews for each one. I had never had pecan butter before so I figured I better try more than one kind. I think I could still use the Georgia Grinders in a recipe, but definitely not straight from the jar. Just my opinion as a southerner, pecan lover and (pre-keto) pecan pie aficionado and addict.Anyway, I am wholeheartedly endorsing Guidry's as a supremely deluxe product in flavor, seasoning, texture, and packaging/shipping. I'm their new biggest fan and have finally found an ideal keto snack/treat that needs only a spoon to enjoy. Can't ask for more. Oh, and I do love supporting small businesses making outstanding products in America.

Healthy, delicious, great source of Omega-3 and low in Omega-6!
This is a great alternative to peanut butter. High in omega-3 and low in omega-6. If your keto but just can't stay away from a "peanut butter and jelly" sandwiches, then, this is your alternative along with a sugar-free low-carb jelly/jam and bread. Delicious with a cup of coffee.

Fresh, delicious and packaged with care
UPDATE:The seller did some investigation and found that the jar I received with shells was part of a batch that they found did have shells the same color as the nuts and have fixed their process. They are sending me a replacement jar so this really makes me feel confident in their product and will be ordering more in the future. Back to 5 stars!================I've ordered several jars of this delicious pecan butter. I love the taste and texture, and the packaging is top notch as they take extra care to wrap the glass jar to protect it from any damage. My only criticism is that the butter is a little runny and unlike other nut butters, it will not stiffen up when refrigerated. This isn't a deal killer and I'm sure is due to the granular, toasted texture which I like.So far, 5 stars! However, the most recent jar had a great deal of tiny shell fragments that hurt my teeth when I tried to eat it, so unfortunately this jar will not be enjoyed like the previous order. The shell fragments were like tiny stones and ruined the product. For this reason I am rating the product 3 stars. I realize small batch products like this might have fragments but it totally ruined the experience and is unusable.

Not quite a 5 star pecan butter
I feel I was generous giving this brand 4 stars. Georgia Nut Grinders pecan butter was worthy of a 5 star review but to me this is barely worth 4 stars..It's tasty but not great. I feel the nuts were overly toasted and therefore it takes away from the natural sweetness of more lightly toasted pecan butter. Georgia Nut Grinders is no longer affordable orreally sold on amazon which is where I bought it originally and fell in love with the flavor which is much better than this.. Side by side, this brand can't compare with Georgia Nut Grinders...... I have no option but to order Georgia Grinders directly from their company...and shipping is SO expensive.. For the size of this tiny jar from Guidry, it's way too expensive for me to ever buy it again. But it tasted fresh...I just thought it bordered on bitterness due to the over toasting of the nuts.

Expensive and chunky
Sure it tastes ok, as you would expect pecans to taste. Unfortunately, the dark portions were actually bitter. I spent 15 minutes trying to mix the palm oil with the chunky depths.
