The fit of the dress for me was perfect. I wore it on my sons wedding day and received a lot of compliments on it. It is also VERY long, so chances are you’ll need to get it hemmed like I did. I had one area where the sequins started coming off but that was my fault for trying to zip it up without help. My mother was able to fix it and the dress held up all day, and I felt beautiful wearing it. I gave it 4 stars because of the length.

Real problem was in the shoulders and arms. The rest fit ok because there is some stretch to material but NOT in the allusion sleeves! It also was too long/big in the bust to mid section. Whole dress needed to be lifted up in the shoulders which then the waist and darts would have hit me in the proper areas. However there was no good way to alter it this way because of the beading - labor intensive and with the shoulders already tight, I returned it. The beading was beautiful and the body of the dress very forgiving in the plus size I ordered. Because of alteration/sizing issue and the color wasn't working for me, I returned it. The return was easy and credit came thru very quickly!

Bought this for our company's Christmas party. This is so gorgeous. The real color is darker than on the Amazon image, it is more of a lead-gray/brown and much more current /fashionable and flattering than the light brown in the image suggests. The sizes at Adrianna Papell seem to run consistently larger than standard mall store items, which I expected from prior experience. I normally wear size 18, ordered a 16W and the fit was perfect. Just for length I had to have it shortened by a couple of inches (I am 5'8) so I wouldn't trip on the fabric. Didn't take my tailor long, any alterations place would be able to do that no problem. Summary: Gorgeous, gorgeous dress that will get you lots of compliments and make you feel beautiful.

Beautiful dress but ordered too large. Looked very baggy. Ordered an 18 and settled for a 14.

Size is just like the size chart. Dress itself is beautiful. I was looking for a gold/beige dress. Turns out this dress is really lead color - grey with silver beads. The picture was deceiving. I will be returning.
