This was a hit on Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it.Tips:- Do not fill the cup to the line; keep the liquid or water about 1/2 inch from the edge to prevent overflow in the freezer. Ice water is easy to clean up, but frozen juice can be a hassle.- One cup is just about right for one person. If you use paper cones, you might get two cones per cup of ice.- Fruit juice works well but needs to be cleaned afterward.We ordered extra cups, but unfortunately, this brand doesn’t sell them. So, I ordered similar ones from Amazon, and they work fine. Just make sure the cups you order have the cross inside.This item, along with the three flavors kit that came with cones and straws we ordered separately and the extra cups, was perfect and fun for the family. Besides all that, the price under $40 was well worth it. It's well-built and very simple to use. No need to look at instructions; that’s how simple it is. But always read and follow the instructions.It comes with eight white cups which you can label using a marker. The aftermarket cups I got are black, so I filled those with water and used the white cups for labeling the type of juice.🎉👍🍧 thank you for keeping the price affordable without cutting the quality.Five stars for you and thank you.

So much fun! Love it! You have to learn what setting at the switch to put it on then it’s easy! Over all the way to the left , attach your ice container with the blade you chose then put it over a little on the right of the shave pic and start! It delicious !

This has been one of my worst experiences on Amazon. The original package was lost in transit, and while the seller did send a replacement, the product I received was of very poor quality—completely different from what was shown in the listing.I returned the item promptly, but the refund has been delayed with no clear communication. Investing in it will only lead to frustration. I strongly recommend considering other, more reliable options instead.
