Searched for a simple BB hoop for my grandson. He's only 8, so I didn't need a regulation size/quality unit, but also didn't want something that would break the first week it was in place. This unit seems to fit the bill very nicely, and the price point was perfect. Well packed, arrived completely undamaged. The box was slightly beat up, but given the size/weight, this wasn't surprising. The contents were all perfect however, and the secure packing job leads me to believe you could bang the box around quite a bit before it would damage anything inside. Took me 45 minutes start to finish to unbox, assemble, and clean up. 9/16 and 3/4 sockets & box wrenches were all that were needed to assemble. They include a stamped steel "wrench", but don't waste time with it, just grab a couple of real tools. Directions were simple enough to follow, clearly showing orientation of every piece. Quite sturdy when it was all put together. I opted not to fill the base with sand or water, but rather piled 5 x 50lb sandbags on top of the base. Much easier to move from place to place, no worrying about freezing or leaking, etc. Overall, I thought this was an exceptional value, especially compared to comparably priced units at the local big box stores. I like the transparent backboard, and while I wish the backboard was just a bit bigger, for the price, I could not find a better deal. The hoop is very well constructed, it's mounted with heavy spring that allow the hoop to dip down on a dunk, again, unusual from what I've seen in other units in this price class. Other reviews state issues with adjusting the height once assembled. I believe this may be due to overtightening the hinge/pivot bolts that allow the movement needed for the height adjustment to work. My wife who's 105lbs can easily adjust the height full range, with one hand. I don't believe there are any design issues, but rather the directions should probably note to pay attention to not over tighten those last long bolts that make up the hinge/pivots for the height adjustments.

Not only has this supplied endless fun for my kids, but the company stands behind the product. I ordered this hoop and was accidentally sent the wrong one. I noticed before even putting together. I submitted that I had the wrong item and before I could even send back to wrong product they already had delivered the correct hoop. Happy I didnt have to wait for them to get the wrong one back and they trusted I had the wrong product and would be sending it back. We have had this hoop over a year and its easy for my kids between 8 and 10 to adjust themselves. Will absolutely buy this product from this company if I ever need a new one or to gift to someone. The price was unbeatable.

Easy set up, looks slick, quality hoop, easy to adjust the height, and the kids absolutely love it! The price point was also amazing!

Wonderful….installed in our new driveway …. Very sturdy and so far no problems! I recommend but you need concrete obviously.

After about 4 months the glass backboard began to warp severely. Guessing it has moved maybe 1" end to end. Company has been contacted. UPDATE: Company quickly sent replacement parts to repair warped board. It has been installed and the kids are back in business.

Easy to put together and the back bar to adjust the height is easy for all in the family to use! It's made nice days fun and its sturdy against all things!!

Basketball goal in excellent condition. Well packaged, easy-to-read instructions, with all parts and pieces included. Great purchase and great customer service.
