I’ve been using Ambrosial Zinc Picolinate 30 mg for a couple of months now, and I’m pleasantly surprised. I chose it hoping for better immune support, smoother skin, and maybe a little boost to my hair and nails and it doesn’t disappoint for the price. What I Like: Highly absorbable form: Zinc picolinate is known for better uptake than other forms, which makes me feel like it’s actually doing something Effectiveness: Doesn’t hit you like a magic pill—but I’ve noticed subtle improvements in recovery, skin texture, and minor breakouts after about 4–6 weeks. Tolerance: Gentle on the stomach if taken with meals. I didn’t feel nausea or fatigue. Use cycle: I do 30 mg daily for 2–3 months, then take a short break or switch to a lower dose—and keep an eye on copper intake.

The tablets are loose in the bottle and many have smudges a different color on them (they should be clear/pure white). Also, the edges of the tablets are not sharp as you would expect. I don’t trust the quality.

Bad quality, half of the pills are broken, some have become a powder, no any annotation. “Made in India” proves that all.
