A TATA Product 183 L 5 Star Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator (RDC215A/W0BWRTM0B00GO, Bonita Wine, Fresh Box and Quick Freeze Technology, with Base Drawer)

I purchased the Voltas Beko (A TATA Product) 183 L 5 Star Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator on 13 January 2025, and I’m very happy with my decision. The refrigerator offers great performance and energy efficiency at a very reasonable price. Cooling is quick and consistent, and the 5-star rating really helps in saving electricity. So far, there have been no issues at all, and the build quality feels solid and durable—just what you’d expect from a Tata product. It’s compact, stylish, and perfect for a small family or single user. Overall, a value-for-money product that I would definitely recommend to others looking for a reliable refrigerator in this range.

Good product and perfect size for 2 person

Voltas Beko Products are good and value for money. For a 5-star rating fridge, I got a great deal, much better than any physical store (which i checked at Croma, Aditya Vision and Reliance Digital) and also got EMI as well. After keeping it ideal straight for 2 days to let the oil etc settle down, i turned it on on 3rd day. ITs working fine and cooling is prefect. There is no noise at all, and it runs silently. The storage inside of the handle could have been better. If we could have got more options to remove and customize shelf height, it would have been great. As of now keeping water bottles and other bottles like mid size cold drink etc is an issue as it falls down, so i have to keep those flat inside the fridge toughened shelfs. Rest is all great. Satisfied.

Very good product

With in six months doors got damaged and is not working. I brought this product because it is tata but full disatisfied. Cumstomer service is the worst. Some one picks up and tell agent is not available had to ask for a supervisor for finally some one to assist me after 10 tries. Worst experience. Best go for some foriegn brands. Nere recomended

Received product in intact condition. It's a perfect refrigerator for a small family. You need to manually adjust the front right leg of the fridge as it comes screwed little inside. Just tilt the fridge littile bit backwards and adjust. The cooling is excellent. The provided manual suggests to keep temparature around 5-6 in Summer but I kept on 4 as the cooling is sufficient at 4. No noise, the door opening and closing is also smooth. The sides didn't get warm (in my usage). Can easily accommodate your daily needs.
