The size is a little bite to tie for what I need

it is large enough and reasonably easy to put on my e-bike

This cover seems durable and thoughtfully constructed. I am using it to cover my e-bike, which unfortunately has wide handlebars that are too wide for the bag but I can still fit it overtop. I have not tried a highway trip yet; I hope it holds up.

As noted in the headline, this cover is a great fit for bikes with wide handlebars (as many bike handlebars these days can approach 30" in width). Due to it's large size, it'll fit a 29er easily. This is my 2nd bike cover - the 1st was half the price and no where near half as good. It took some searching to find a cover that would fit a wide handlebar, and that I hoped would also be pretty tough, as the 1st cover I had as mentioned above developed holes in various places on the cover while transporting the bikes across the country (I carry the bikes behind a class C motorhome), and were downright flimsy compared to these covers. There are more expensive covers, but for the money I consider these a great value. So far, A+ performance. The only improvement I would suggest is asking the company to include straps and tie down points for these on the cover itself in order to minimize ballooning and flapping in the wind while driving. I used bungee cords for this purpose, but think included straps and loops on the covers themselves would be a great addition, though would add to the cost a bit, I'm sure.
