Not happy at all. There’s no return option—only replacement. I received a damaged unit, and the massager doesn’t even work with the plastic protector on (no clear warning anywhere). Customer service kept repeating “replacement available.” Why should I accept another piece when the brand has already failed me? If you’re so confident in your product, take it back, check the issue, and refund my money. Hiding behind a “replacement only” policy after delivering a defective product wrecks trust and your brand image.
