I’m sure that it does. I don’t now have a working Formuler, but when I did have one it had all of the channels in tbe world.

If you do a factory rest, does it restore with original apps (mytv online3, Remote app, market, google Play store)?

Yes, if a factory reset was properly done, it will reset the device to default settings. Pre-installed apps like Google Play store, Remote app etc. will be restored on your device after factory reset.
