I originally ordered two of the product without a strap thinking I saw in the information that it had one. I kept one because I made the error in researching. I sent the other one back since I didn't open the package.Shakerzone reached out to me asking why I seemly the second one back. I replied that I wanted a strap to hold it in position on my car seat. I didn't like how the first model sat at the bottom of the seat and pushed my but instead of my lower back.Shakerzone then informed me that they had a model with a strap and would send it to me. The strap has a rubber inside that helps hold the support pillow in place. The support fits my seat and my back perfectly.This vendor has great customer service. I recommend them and their products. I like the feel of this item. Works great for me, but it doesn't stay in one place. No strap to keep it in place. Always needing to adjust every time you use it.

This has saved my back! I was having so much lower back everytime I stood up from my recliner. This pillow gives me just the right added support I need. What a difference!

Update: I did not complain to the company about my purchase thinking too much time had passed. They read my review and contacted me to make this right, which was extremely nice in their part.I bought this to support my back while driving. It does work to an extent, but the pillow is too thick to actually be comfortable. I can’t use it.

My car doesn't have much lumbar support on it's own, and it would start hurting my back after an hour and a half or so. This pillow stays in place on the leather seat nicely, and now I've gone 14 hours in one day multiple times with no pain! I'm not saying you'll have the same experience, but for me it works perfectly.

I only received this yesterday so I can't say how well it works for long car rides, but I was anxious to test it out right away. So far I love it. Just what I needed. I have a really bad back and have been trying every seat cushion, pillows and braces that I can, trying to create a comfortable ride for myself while I am driving. This is a perfect fit without pushing me too forward on the seat and feels really good, helping to put me in the correct seating position. I paired it with a mess chair back for my upper back and this seems to be a great solution and just what I need. I will test it out a little more, but am sure I will be buying more of these for my family.

I have a bad back and I have tried many ways to be able to drive with as little pain as possible . I drove 150miles the other day (a true test) and I will say this support worked pretty good . It’s light but supportive , very easy to adjust while driving . I can’t think of a way to improve this product . So far it’s one of the better products .
