Formulation change...???
I've been taking NO2 from MRI in all the various versions since it was first introduced by them two decades ago. They were one of the first (if not THE first) to release it in pill form, and I also bought and read the books (manuals) they provided back then, so I'd be fully informed about what NO2 does and how it works.In all those years, I have NEVER gotten a "niacin flush" from any NO2 product until this shipment, and I'm sitting here now all splotchy-red and itchy from the three pills I just took. Label states Niacin is only 45 mg from 3 pills, which is not much at all, and I regularly take other niacin at higher doses with no flush, so WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE FORMULA...?!?Is rated "4" due to the many years of positive experience, but this obvious difference in non-standard, never before experienced side effect warrants this comment.

good but not was it use to be....
I've been taking no2 from mri since I was 17 off and on with great results, I'm 33 now...I started working out again and they changed bottles and some of the ingredient amounts..... still works but not what it use to be at all but still works.. MRI please step your game back up... loved ur products for years.. don't let us down now!

I change Multis more than I change my underwear, so far ive been on this multi for a month and still liking it. Ive leaned out and have great energy to get through the day. Feel like my well being is increasing also

update after a month:not the same effectiveness
dont know what happened to the once great MRI company but unfortunately these pills are not as effective as they use to be. my first review of them i said they are great and the same as NO2 red but unfortunately they are not. after the first week i didnt recieve any noticeable effects from the vtiamins. no energy through out the day or during workouts. it almost felt like i was drinking placebo pills and now im worried ive been taking pills that may be harmful since they dont do anything good anyway. sorry MRI but you need to go back to your previous formula especially for the red. i use to love it. the pre workout NO2 was just as ineffective also.

Niacin flush effect
The niacin flush is terrible. Makes you overheat and turn red. Not what I expect from a multivitamin.
