The bag turned up incredibly fast, in fact, ahead of schedule. However, the real “delighter” was a personal thank you note from Paul and Ange. This simple gesture massively bought me into the brand. It was hand written (get a fountain pen for a bigger impact guys…that’s advice not a criticism) thanking me for the purchase. If only every company was this caring and sincere.Look at the price. It’s the same as that disgraceful plastic which is sold as sustainable but is causing massive damage to the environment. Don’t believe the fake science. Nothing is more sustainable than a living thing. Plastic comes from oil and is not biodegradeable and burns far more hydrocarbons to recycle it. Paul and Ange are making top notch, Italian leather bags affordable. The logo is discrete and appropriate. Well done guys, I’ll be coming back for more for my wife. As a note of interest, this is as good a quality as any Mulberry or even Prada bag. My wife has them all, but not in this colour!I bought this bag for my wife for a night out this coming Saturday. My wife and I are hitting the clubs and she needs her lipstick (and purse….she’s paying) and this bag has a nice zipped inner compartment. It’ll easily take a phone, purse and compact. It’s beautifully soft and gas that wonderful leather smell. ….don’t be fooled by this “environmental movement pushing plastic”. It’s all about profit nothing else. Buy leather, save whole ecosystems and support communities. The alternative is for the West to dump their fil5h and detritus of plastic on the developing world…it’s not something Greta tells you about. This is a beautiful bag,the leather is very soft and it is a really good quality product.It is quite small but big enough to contain a purse, phone and keys and will be great for holidays.I like the different compartments.I was impressed that I received an email from the suppliers thanking me for my order- that was a nice touch.The parcel arrived quickly and well wrapped so in all I was very happy with my order.

Thrilled with this bag, purchased to go with a wedding outfit. I chose the navy colour. The bag came well packaged within the specified time. It is of very good quality with beautiful leather and a perfect size for carrying glasses, phone, small purse, keys and lipstick, with a zipped pocket inside and a second on the back of the bag. Also a pocket on the front. The strap can be adjusted from across body length to short. Included is a drawstring dust bag. Great range of colours available too. Full marks to the suppliers, highly recommended!

It's a lovely bag but it's just too small. I felt like it measured smaller than they stated and the zip is quite far down so useable space is pretty limited. The sellers were very nice about it and have agreed to refund. The bag itself was really good but there's just not enough room! fine if all you want to put in are a lip gloss phone and credit card :))

Lovely smell of soft leather. Needed a cross body that was small and light weight as i use crutches. Will be useful for my holidays. Came quickly nicely packaged, with a dust bag. Constructed well good value for money.

Just what I had hoped for and good value for money. The dimensions given were useful, I knew the bag would hold a reading/sunglasses case, a passport and mobile phone with an inside zipped pocket for holiday money with a few other bits and pieces. It also fits easily into cabin luggage for a flight.If, as in my case, you are senior and not into lugging huge, expensive handbags around on holiday then this is perfectly adequate for a day of travelling or sightseeing and when you sit down in the restaurant or bar in the evening the bag can remain safely across your body and in your lap.The bag is brighter red than the image which looks more ox-blood red but I am happy with it and the range of other colours is very tempting.....! There are two zipped parts to the bag, a zipped section in the lining and a front flap over a section which will hold non-valuables. The strap is adjustable and the leather is soft and nice quality.I was sent a polite email from the sellers as the bag was being dispatched and received it by Royal Mail, securely bubble-wrapped.

I actually ended up with the tan version of this bag which is just what I wanted. When the order was originally placed, a personal message was written to me apologizing for the delay in sending (although I got it within about 2 days !), and when I wanted to change the colour, nothing was too much trouble. Paul responded very quickly and I cannot fault this customer service (which I did not expect to get from Amazon). I got the replacement bag & its the perfect colour and size (I originally wanted one for concerts or popping out when I don't want to take a ton of stuff). The quality of the leather is soft and lovely. I love it so much I've just bought a small purse as well to take on holiday for all my Euros.

Holds purse, phone and passport easily without being too big. The quality is outstanding, coming with its own protective bag, delivered quickly and a lovely note inside from the seller.
