I took the time to read the instructions thoroughly and risked embarrassment by letting my coarse chin hairs grow out to use it. Then I chickened out and went and had my face waxed by an aesthetician! Wish I'd just done this sooner so I could've sent the product back. Oh well... live and learn!

The product works well, it does its work, but some information I will like to know about it that appears to be missing.1. How much time does it take to charge: There is no information in the box or manual that tells you for how long you should charge before using, and the led that come with the product just tells you that is charging, not how much battery it has.2. Can I use it plugged in? I try to search it, but didn't find any answers.3. It doesn't say how much time the battery last.

This item has made my armpits look better, the dark spots from shaving has gone away. I love it. I do recommend shaving the armpit and let a day or two before using the epilactor otherwise it can be painful. For me is easier because I can handle pain well. Overall, it has made my shaving quicker.
