It has 3 heat settings that provide excellent pain relief although till level 2 is enough for most. The fabric feels durable, and it’s comfortable and easy to use.Good value for money, though I wish it was a bit larger. Overall, me and my parents are very happy with the purchase!

The product is so far good. Pricing is also great. It's MRP is Rs 1500 but the sale on Amazon might give it upto 799 Rs. The size is average and suitable for everyone. Great to use it on stomach and neck. Heats up pretty good. It's not very convenient for a back pain as u might not feel it touching ur back or skin properly. U might feel it's loose. Otherwise it's a great purchase.
