Tastes great, does the job, helps give me energy and a little pick me up for workouts. Does not make you feel jittery, easily dissolves in water without a powdery taste.

My husband and i use before we workout and this has a tingling effect but doesn't make you crash afterwards. Gives you just enough energy to get motivated and make it through a workout.

Gets the job done… if you’re new to pre work out please be careful, it makes you super itchy you have to work out directly after using to get it to stop.

Tastes great and mixes well. Have been using the C4 for awhile and it is my favorite.

Love the flavor

This stuff is terrible. Even at the price point, there's, you might as well just drink real. Hawaiian punch... at least it taste good. The Hawaiian Pumch flavor is so artificial and syrupy tasty it's hardly bearable. Now, I've never really had a pre that I actually loved the flavor of so if it had any value as a pre workout, I would ignore the flavor... but it sucks there too. I use pre almost every day, some of them being lower stim and other high. This one I feel absolutely zero effect from. I leave my house at 430am for the gym. Drinking my pre otw, I'm usually feeling it by the time I get to the gym floor at ~450. This stuff... nothing. I feel no pump, I'm still drowsy and yawning. I get nothing effective at all. Spend your money on something worthwhile. A rebuild is more effective than this
