The product is one of the best on the market, fast, waterproof, but the battery won’t last that long if you live in the hills like I do. They say 50 miles on a charge but I am getting 20 to 30 miles on a charge. Everything else is great.

The media could not be loaded. Not a good experience with the quality or service. The box was destroyed when shipped and the app never worked with the scooter not allowing many options available, including locking the entire scooter for safety. The seller requires unreasonable requests to return or receive a refund. This has been an awful experience all around.

I got this as a gift from my daughter ! Exceeds expectations. Great suspension with smooth ride. Turn signals, 2 brakes, off roading does pretty decent actually, great build. Get this. Customer service amazing!

Problems are the app which has only 2 stars and i can’t even get it to wrk on my iPhone. I really want to be able to lock my scooter and customize the settings easily by phone. Speed is 27mph+ max but you must play around with the power button to get it… the big positive is it’s very durable, powers off on its own if not used for a while and it has a auto cruise mode. Comes fully charged so ready to ride and to assemble takes less than a minute.

I purchased this iscooter as a gift for someone. After looking at it myself I really do not like that the same button to power on the scooter is the same button you have to press 6 times each time to get it to maximum speed. That puts a lot of pressure on a single button over time. They couldn't add an extra button or two. We are not able to connect the phone to the scooter thru the app. Returning stuff is not easy so the person who I gave this to will keep it. Hopefully pressing the same button many times over and over will last. I personally will not gift this brand anymore going forward because I did not like the design and question it.
