The bag is good but is very big in size for someone not to use like a kid.

There isn't laptop compartment and inner lining is missing making the product look and feel cheap. Buying and return process was seamless though.

However, it has become clear that you provided false and misleading advertising, as the product I received has a tag that says 'Made in Bangladesh'.​This kind of activity is not only unethical but also goes against the government's 'Make in India' policy. It is shameful that a domestic company like yours is selling foreign goods under the guise of being made in India.​I am not interested in any form of financial compensation or returning the product. I demand only the correct item that is verifiably 'Made in India'.​I expect you to understand the seriousness of this error and take immediate, effective action. Please let me know without delay how you are arranging for the replacement of the correct product.
