Victorinox Huntsman Matt Finish Swiss Army Knife

Absolutely Amazing. yes, its a Original Victorinox and I fell in love with it. I was considering the red cellidor scales for my huntsman but then decided to go with ecoline which has a matte finish nylon scales(body cover). These are more durable and scratch resistant. Its an EDC and it doesnt scratch as easily as my other shiny cellidor scale swiss knives. And if u really dont like the scales, u can get it replaced with the red shiny ones. Nylon is actually very rare to find, and so got this one. I will use it for a year or two and then change the scales to the shiny red one. But believe me, this one has amazing grip and feels soo amazing in the hand. I highly recommend to buy the Victorinox Dual sharpener. A dull knife is a dangerous knife. U can sharpen it using a sharpening stone, or a rod, but Unless u r absolutely certain u know how to sharpen using those, i suggest the Victorinox dual sharpener. helps u take care of such a beautiful knife. and you will avoid ruining ur blade with the scratches with normal sharpening..! taking care is as simple as opening and closing knife under water, dry it out naturally or with a blast of cold air, a drop of lubricating oil on the hinges, and u r ready to go! Avoid Hot water as it affects the scales. Nylon is more durable but better avoid hot water and chemicals

An amazing product which is worth every single Rupee spent on it. This is the second time I bought the same model because I had to part with my first on airport ( my stupidity I was carrying it in my cabin bag). The knife and the scissors are the most widely used tools and the best part is u don't need to sharpen them at all even after prolonged use. Also, I love the Matt finish which gives it a better grip besides looking nice. It is compact, sturdy and beautiful. My only wish is that it came with a case to keep it in.

The tracking number seller uploaded always showed details of some other parcel. Then delivery date was changed abruptly. Then tracking I'd started showing correct details just one day before actual delivery. The courier was DTDC. I would never be able to understand this mystery. However the knife is exactly as shown in the picture. Seller has not mentioned the model name but mentions only model model number in the listing. Seller rating 2/5 .It is Victorinox Huntsman in nylon scales. Absolutely terrific quality EDC knife. I already have a Worlchamp and a Swisschamp and the quality is always top notch 10/10. Just lovely to say the least.

- Red matt finish. - Feels very sturdy in hands. - Wood saw, Scissor, Knife work pretty well. Additionally, this goes undetected while being scanned in Delhi Metro. So, you can carry this around for protection.

You really cannot go wrong with the original swiss army knives by Victorinox. Along with the basic functions in plain view, it also has a toothpick & a tweezer hidden away near the keyring. Blades are very very sharp, and the outer material is based on a matte red finish. This may not shine as much as it may seem from the product images, but it will last longer. Po did say that he cut himself by just looking at it's blade, which is nice ;)

Compré la navaja para tener una multiusos con lo más importante y la verdad es que tiene más de lo que sueles utilizar. Quería que llevara tijera, sacacorchos y sierra, a parte de otros elementos más habituales como navaja (evidente) destornillador y abrelatas. El conjunto se ve de calidad, sin ninguna holgura entre sus elementos. El filo de navaja y tijeras es muy bueno y me han sorprendido estas últimas ya que su uso es bastante cómodo dado el muelle que tienen para que vuelvan a abrirse tras cada corte. Como han comentado, las cachas (o plásticos externos) son de un mate rojo tirando a granate. Según gustos puede gustar más el rojo brillante pero este es mucho más difícil que se raye. La navaja viene con un "manual" (una hoja doblada) con información muy básica y sólo de alguna de las herramientas: dónde estan las pinzas, cómo lavar y engrasar, cómo abrir una lata y poco más. Incluye Español, aunque como digo, la información es muy escueta. La navaja me llegó perfectamente engrasada. No sólo se nota en lo bien que se mueven las herramientas, si no que además en algunas como las tijeras se puede ver perfectamente una ligera capa de aceite en el eje. Lo comento en positivo, en ningún caso chorrea ni es un pegote. Después de comparar modelos creo que es de los más polivalentes. Esto dependerá de las necesidades. Hay modelos más sencillos que están muy bien, pero por ejemplo, las tijeras, la sierra o el sacacorchos que en algunos modelos no estan, es posible que habitualmente no nos hagan falta, pero nos pueden ayudar mucho en alguna ocasión. Y esta navaja los tiene por un precio muy asequible. El precio de compra fue de 24€. Las hay más completas pero si no se necesitan específicamente tienen utilidades que no son tan habituales. Aconsejo la compra.

I coltellini svizzeri originali sono solo quelli marca Victorinox, e la differenza coi tarocchi, “Made in China” si vede tutta. Non fatevi quindi spaventare dal prezzo: è un investimento, dato che l’oggetto che state per acquistare sarà praticamente eterno. Detto ciò, esistono infiniti modelli più o meno accessoriai. Tra questi quello qui presente, l’Huntsman, è probabilmente il più diffuso ed imitato. Contiene tutte le funzioni base dello Spartan (il modello base), ovvero: Lama grande Lama Piccola Apribottiglie per tappi a corona (che funge anche da cacciavite grande levacapsule per medicinali) Apriscatole (che funge anche da cacciavite piccolo) Punteruolo (per piccoli fori in legno o lamiere sottili tipo lattine) Cavatappi per turaccioli in sughero Stuzzicadenti e Pinzetta per le ciglia infilati nel manico In più l’Huntsman ha anche: Gancio Multiuso (di cui a dire il vero non ho mai capito l’utilità) Seghetto (per rametti di legno) Forbicine (per spago, scotch ecc.) Insomma, tutto quello che serve per il campeggio, il bricolage e i piccoli lavori di casa. Esistono modelli più accessoriati e costosi, ma con utensili superflui (la limetta per le unghie) o troppo specifici (l’altimetro, il coltello per squamare il pesce), che difficilmente tornano utili nella vita di tutti i giorni. Inoltre questa è la versione “ecoline” cioè col manico rosso in nylon (ruvido e opaco) anziché in cellidor (lucido e brillante) come le versioni regolari. Il che forse lo rende meno estetico, ma ancor più robusto in fatto di graffi o crepe. Insomma, comprate questo coltello oggi e lo portate fin nella tomba. Il suo unico difetto è di essere un po’ ingombrante e pesante, quindi se volete un coltellino leggero e compatto da tenere in tasca tutto il giorno anche mentre siete a casa, vi consiglio di acquistare uno Spartan, o meglio ancora un Tinker Small, e di tenere questo nello zaino o in macchina. Oppure potete risolvere il problema comprando uno dei tanti, ottimi foderi in pelle da attaccare alla cinta sempre prodotti da Victorinox (controllate solo che sia fatto per un quattro strati come questo).

Cadeau que j'ai fait à mon père. Il en est super content et de plus ce couteaux suisse est très résistant et multi usage. Très pratique et indispensable.

Seit meiner Jugendzeit kenn ich diese Offiziersmesser und war schon immer von der Qualität überzeugt, so auch bei diesem Modell. Einwandfreie Verarbeitung und gute Funktionalität, trotzdem nicht zu schwer. Und wenn man nicht grade versucht, mit dem Messer Steine aus einer Mauer zu brechen, halten diese Messer ewig! Dass die Oberflächen der Griffschalen gegenüber früher mattiert/satiniert sind, wie hier bemängelt wurde, stört mich persönlich nicht. Ich finde, die neue Oberfläche macht das Messer griffiger. Ist aber wie so vieles reine Geschmacksache. (Eigentlich sollte das Messer ein Geschenk für einen lieben Freund sein aber jetzt behalte ich es selbst und bestelle noch eins. ;-) )

bought this item for a friend. they loved it, so many tools on it to use. good quality and good value for money, i looked at other stores and this was the cheapest. would reccomend this.
