Very essential nutrients and ingredients for what I was looking for. The taste is a surprise but not so much what I was considering as would be a problem at all. It's the quality and efficientioncy and increased effectiveness and energy I have experienced.

Wonderful product

I am 3 days into taking this, I do lots of other herbs for over all health and support so I thought adding this since I'm 38 couldn't hurt. It doesn't taste so bad but the smell makes me feel sick. It reminds me of the rotten egg burp you get at the beginning of a stomach bug, or like vomit actually smh. We will see what it helps because I am actually a person with poor skin/acne/dark marks/ seborrheic dermatitis

I really love this supplement. I am on my third bottle of it. The taste is fine, kind of earthy, grassy and I don't mind it at all when mixed with water. I do think it is effective as I feel better when using it, more energy. The best part is that it does not upset my stomach. I'll keep buying.

Tried it in my coffee but i could taste it so I didn't like the fact that it took away the taste of my coffee

Milk thistle, herbal supplement is a great supplement it has helped me tremendously my test is improving so I will continue to take this until I don’t have to take it anymore. Just watch what I’m eating and drinking. Stay away from too much sweet stuff.

I love when they have a bunch of vitamins/ herbs together that are for a certain area or condition. I have bottles of vitamins and it’s nice to have like ones in 1 pill. Much easier to take and better value for your money.
