N-ear 360 Flexo Braided Fiber Cloth Single Ear Earpiece (3.5mm Connector, 48")

Bought on recommendation of colleagues. So far, it’s everything they said it would be. Be sure to use the size guide. I bought the 22” & have a LOT of cable that I had to tie up

I purchased my first one of these braided earpieces in October of 2023. I had had a non-braided one for about a year prior before the Kevlar started to unravel around the speaker.Anyways, this first braided earpiece lasted for about 3.5 months before the audio became severely gargled and rendered the earpiece useless. Being that I enjoy the size, comfort, and volume of these earpieces, I ordered another one around February 8th.It’s now February 21st and the earpiece has reverted to the same audio problem after being used for, maybe, 12 shifts. I’m not sure if it’s cause it’s a newer model, but these things have let me down twice.Given that I can’t go without the benefits of these earpieces, I’m going to use my return money to purchase their older, non braided earpiece. Hopefully this one will last longer than three weeks.

Overall the product works.. sometimes. The issue I had was when the speaker gets damp from moisture it doesn’t do well. I used the item for 2 12 hour shifts before returning it.

Product didn't work, sent it back and it was received and signed for over a week ago, I was told a refund would be issued in 48 hours. I'm not happy with the product or the customer service.

Use this for work, and I LOVE IT! I only wish the speaker was not as loud. Sometimes the speaker is very loud, even on the lowest setting, which can hurt my ear. This is a great tool; I wish I had purchased it earlier.
