I found this product useful for managment of bed sores wounds in bed ridden patient. It is also preventing development of new bed sore wounds. The product is working fine. It is light weight. I m using it on routine home bed. Overall good value for money.

The product is good and comfortable for a bed ridden patient. I purchased this for my wife. But the puncture is an issue. There was one patch with the product which I used only a few days back. Now there is again leakage problem which can't be identified. The company must provide some genuine Support for maintenance ťafter sales. Can anyone suggest, how to get it repaired. Any support from manufacturer ?

Not satisfied with product, stop working just after 4 days..very disappointing. And no option showing to replace the item.

I've been using the mattress for some time now, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and quality. The build quality is exceptional, with durable material that’s both comfortable and breathable. It’s also very easy to set up and operate, with an efficient and quiet pump that doesn’t disrupt sleep. Highly recommended!

Product is alright but have to keep pumping regularly. Also if you place a cloth on it the urine which trickles down gets accumulated in the pockets between the bubbles so we have to place a rubber mat upon the air mattress else it's just double work.

Best under 3000 rs purchase. I bought this for my 92 year old grandfather who was bed-ridden and stopped turning on his own. He used this product for a total of 4 months with no problems of bed sores. The only time he got a bed sore during these 4 months was when we admitted him in the hospital for a week and we did not take this air mattress to the hospital - that's how I know that this mattress really helped. The small sore healed in 2 weeks once we brought him back home and started using the mattress with a bed sore ointment. Really recommend this to anyone with a bedridden dear one - take a proactive measure and start using this before developing bed sores.
