Excellent quality strong cable , well comparable with my computer

The product received from the seller is in used condition, and of course this kind of situations are very common when we receive the items from e-commerce vendors. Apart from this, the product fulfilled my requirements which is to transfer the video signal from the HDMI port of my laptop to the VGA port of my projector without loss of any quality of the signal. I recommend this to the people those who are looking for budget-friendly HDMI to VGA adapter, and it will definitely server your purpose.

I received the package one day before the expected date. Product is in excellent condition. Quality is good. But moreover it works like a charm. I wanted it as my new nvidia gtx 1050ti did not have vga port and i only had vga monitor. At first it was not working for me but afterwards i noticed that i by mistake plugged it into the wrong hdmi port on my motherboard. But it also worked in that after a little tweaking in the BIOS. The people complaining that it does not work are either crazy or the have received defective products... In simpler works, it works perfectly for me. My computer automatically detected the correct resolution of my monitor. It supports upto 1080p. But it does not have audio port. However, it does not matter for me as my monitor didn't have speakers and my motherboard has a sound card.

Its didn't work after a month

I needed a HDMI to VGA converter for my Raspberry Pi 3B+ and this unit from Terabyte certainly fits the bill. Pretty much exactly the same units are available from other brands also but I purchased the Terabyte brand because from past experience, Terabyte applies higher quality control and its products work well. This converter is easily able to convert the 1920x1080 output of the Raspberry Pi board into analog VGA signal and feed it into the Dell 21" LCD that I use. There was no flickering, blurring or colour shift noticed when using this adapter versus directly connecting the monitor to the Raspberry Pi board. This adapter does not support audio-out but that is not a requirement for me so I am quite happy. In any case, if I want audio, I am more likely to plug in a USB Audio Adapter into the Raspberry Pi and set it as the default audio device. This way, I will get significantly higher quality of analog audio. Update 12-Dec-2019: The unit failed on it's own even though it was only being used sparingly. I did purchase another one of the same brand because products of this brand is better than the others. Let me know if this review helped you.

Good quality

Very good build quality and performance. It works well with my HP laptop. The HDMI jack fits with a satisfying click into the laptop, so the fit is perfect. Since this is an adapter only, you will need to connect this to your monitor's VGA cable (duh!). I've been using this for slightly more than a month now, and everything is perfectly fine with this product. **NOTE** Initially, I bought a VGA cable (to connect from terabyte adapter to my monitor) at a local store and connected the Terabyte HDMI to VGA adapter to the VGA cable. To my dismay, the display quality wasn't great (there was a minute amount of ghosting and resultant slightly blurred image). However, after exchanging the VGA cable with a higher quality one, this problem was fully resolved and I had a crisp and sharp display quality, so there was no issue with this adapter itself. So please, if you too face such an issue, don't immediately blame the Terabyte HDMI to VGA converter itself, first ensure that the VGA cable is of good quality! Just sharing this point so that others might be helped in case they too face such an issue.
