This steering wheel spinner isn't the best.It arrives in a small cardboard box with the spinner, 3 socket screws, a rubber adapter, and a wrench.The spinner itself is basically all plastic with a rubber or silicone red coating on the top of it.The top of the spinner was actually able to be pulled off and under it they are just using a ABEC7 bearing but the bearing isn't smooth and it doesn't spin freely at all on mine. You can feel the drag in it which makes it stiff. You can technically make any type of spinner top you want with this one as it would only need to fit over the bearing but that defeats the purpose of this product.Overall, it's a cheaply made steering wheel spinner that doesn't really spin well at all. It's mostly plastic and isn't the best.
