These gave me good energy but I did get the "stomach lurch" that always makes me question if I should keep taking them. I always take them with food and the lurch comes on at about the 45 minute mark. Never get too nauseous, but I prefer not get any discomfort (the BEST is Spectro's Energy formula!).

This are extremely good for men. For the price you can’t beat it or find anything as good for the price!!! Only take it once every 3 days.
