Q: Can these be on bullhorn handlebars?

Probably not. Most bullhorn bars are sized for 23.8mm dropbar brake levers. These are for 22mm(7/8") bars. Maybe try inline bar top brake levers like cane creek crosstops. There are cheaper ones, but I can't think of a good general discriptuon to search for.

The levers should work because bike handlebars no matter the shape are universal. This set comes with the cables I believe. I am an avid do-it your-selfer and had a a little bit of a challenge fishing the actual cable through the sheathing to attach to the actual brake caliper. If there is a video on that process watch the video so you know what tools you need to seamlessly complete the install. Hope my answer helpful. If I was at home I would take pics as I installed these on both my son's bikes.

I get what you’re saying. I said the same thing, man! So the correct level is the picture further to the right when u swipe to the left. It’s the lever that looks more bare. The one with the anti skid grip on it. The pictures you’re seeing that don’t look the same are the ones without the grip that have the 2 small bar-looking things btwn where u squeeze and where the brake line is inserted. U know this crap from China, they use whatever pics they can to get their product up on selling sites.
