Q: Are these tables fat soluble by any chance?

My exact question - fat-soluble sources are: thiamine propyl disulfide, thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide, and benfotiamine, These are more bioavailable to the body - better absorbed, as even if tests show normal amounts of B levels, this does not mean they are available to body. Connot find any B vits that give source!

No. One tablet contains 500mg B1. It is a correct daily amount. The RDA is an outdated amount. It was determined by American scientists after World War 2. it was only a recommended amount, but it turned out to be much more needed. And so it is. Just go to Vitalbulk website, and look the daily vitamin kit.
