The best Le Creuset yet for easy everyday cooking
I have many Le Creuset pots and pans, but this is now my favorite. The size (quite a large diameter, with somewhat low sides--but nowhere near as low as a fry/saute pan) is ideal for everyday cooking. I use it pretty much daily, whether I'm cooking vegetables, steaming pasta, making dumplings, or anything else. I have some difficulty with my hands and elbows, which can make heavier Le Creuset pots difficult to wash. This one has the trademark Le Creuset heft--and excellence--but is more manageable for me. I highly recommend it. (And get the 11" Le Creuset glass top for it; it fits perfectly and hugely enhances the pan's utility.)

Beautifully Made Cooks Evenly
Very happy with the well nade, sturdy pan that conducts heat evenly during the cooking process. I have a flat, glass top electric cooking surface. Fell in love with this pan while visiting my daughter & using the same pan at her house.

Best of both worlds non-stick/durable cast iron with a couple of personal additional benefits
Agree with all other reviews that pan cooks well with uniform heat distribution and the ceramic coating does keep food from sticking. Other benefits are the fact that the ceramic coating is considered less toxic than other non-stick finishes plus it creates a barrier that prevents iron from the cast iron from leaching into food which was important to me since extra iron from external sources--pans or supplements--tends to give me digestive issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality and probable "forever" cookware

Love love love this pan.Bake upside down cake ✅Braised shortribs ✅Chicken coconut curry✅50 year collection of Le Creuset and this has become my go to. I’ve become a big fan of the black enamel finish too.
