This shampoo is terrific. However, the bottle was open when it arrived and shampoo was all over the dog treats I had ordered the same time. It was a mess. Half the bottle was empty.

My shampoo did not have a lid. Seal was barely on. How do I get a lid for it? I don’t have one I can use. The bottle changed from my last order so shape different.

I love everything about this shampoo. I am highly sensitive to scents, so often, I may love the functionality of a product, but the scent overwhelms me making it something I cannot use. This has a nice scent that doesn't linger with you all day and it provides volume to fair fine hair without drying it out or darkening the color.
