Good tent, easy to set up for begginers
Space:The inner tent space was just enough for three sleeping bags. I wish it could accommodate three bed cots but I don’t think it would. The extra space outside of the inner tent (vestibule) is very roomy. I was able to leave three pairs of shoes, three bags of our closings, button heater, medicine box and portable toilet, all spread out. Great bonus to the tent.Set up:No issue at all. First, find a level space on the ground, place a tarp (I used 10x10 and tacked the excess portion inside) and put the tent on it. Thanks to the pop up functionality. Even for tent camping beginner, it was a breeze to set up.Durability:Since it didn’t rain, I am not able to comment on its ability to waterproof (but I believe it is), it withstood the windy condition for hours during the day. It was semi-strong wind (level of fresh breeze, I guess around 19mph) on and off. I saw the tent’s rain tarp flapping in the air and the poles getting pushed down by the wind. But in the end, the tent stood still and no damage. This is my first tent and I am so happy to make the purchase. Now I trust that NightCat brand.

Great tent!
This was pretty easy to set up! Instructions are a bit weird, but if you have any knowledge base for setting up tents you’ll be all set. I would recommend purchasing separate stakes for it as the set that is included are blunt ended and bend with any pressure. It was used in temps that range from 55°F to 90°F. I didn’t use the insert for the ‘porch’ so I cannot truly comment on that. The double door feature is great! I could only fit two cots (36”wx78”l each) and had to store under the cots and in the porch area. It does feature a handy little net for the center on the inside for holding stuff. It also features a hook hanging from the center to hang a fan or light feature. There was only an extremely light drizzle so unsure as to how it handles heavy rain. It handles the 20mph gusts of wind well. Overall a very good tent.

Nice, thoughtful design
This is my 2nd Night Cat tent, the first being very small for bike touring. I like it well enough to invest in a larger one for car camping, and has been great on its first few outings. I like the ease & efficiency of set up and repacking, love having the “porch” or vestibule area for transitioning into the tent. I also appreciate the way the windows function with easy access zippers, and the center top hook for a light source, as well as the pockets for small important items—they are always used! While not fancy, my Night Cats are also reasonably priced and very functional for my use. Both have held up well so far in rain, wind, hot & cold situations.

Great tent
I've used this tent for about 10 nights now. It's really nice and easy to assemble. The only problem I've had is that a moderate wind broke the pole for the vestibule. It still works but I will be looking to replace it hopefully. The tent itself is great. You can use it without the rain cover if it's going to be a dry night. It's an instant tent style so it's very easy to put up and take down. I can't quite get it to fit back in the bag though. It's comfortable to sleep in. I can't fit my cot in it straight but it fits on a diagonal angle. This is truly a one person tent. There is no way 3 people would be comfortable in there.I love the vestibule (aside from my pole getting broken. The bathtub floor kept the rain out completely even during some heavy rain. The rainfly works great too. It's easy to clip it onto the main tent.Overall this is really well designed and easy to use. I really like it. I'd recommend it for sure.

This is one weird tent and that's just what I need!
The media could not be loaded. I have never seen a tent like this Nightcat cabin tent. It is perfect for what I need. It is exactly as long as my cots and could fit two of them with a skinny aisle between them. The setup is really quick since the main poles are attached to the tent. It is sturdy and I love the shape, very steep sides. I have used a dome tent that stands this high but the sides are so sloped you waste a lot of space if you are sleeping in a cot.The main part of the tent is mostly mosquito netting so you get plenty of ventilation. The cover is waterproof and much thicker material. The connectors are nice snap buckles instead of some cheesy snap or elastic. I really love the large "vestibule" space by one of the doors. Plenty of room to keep gear out of the weather. The other door has a decent space in it too. It is much lighter and smaller than the dome tent I have been using. It would be nice if the outside windows and the main door had poles to prop up the cover like a fly instead of just rolling up. I'm sure I can figure out some way to rig it myself.I love this little cabin tent!

"Easy Quick" set up
I like the color and all the extra "outdoor" space under the rain cover. but...The first part of this tent sets up very quickly. Can be done solo. The second rain cover part is not so quick and has normal poles with a lot of set up. Without the rain cover there is a lot of mesh/openness. Putting on the rain cover took a lot of putting on and taking off to figure out which way- only clips on on side. You have to use stakes to old the rain cover up/on. I also has a little trouble figuring out how to get the "easy up" part down.I was hoping to give this tent to my 11 year old son to take camping with this Boy Scout troop solo but really don't think he will be able to do solo.
