I do not have any complaint with the product, but, I am unhappy with the installation process. Although the installation done on the 2nd day of purchase, the dish antenna was not installed properly, resulting in HD channels were not coming during the Free subscription period, although I have purchased Dish TV HD. I understand after one month that this is due to wrong installation of the Dealer, who has installed HD receiver. This has deprived me of viewing HD channels during the free subscription period. Hence, please ensure that the dealer install the correct product in future. Other than this, I have no complaints and Amazon is very quick in responding to my requests after installation of this product.

Got DishNXT HD Premium, ordered from Porwal computers. Ordered on 10th Feb'18 at 8:00AM and technician installed DishNXT HD Premium at 1:00 PM same day.There is option of HDMI video setting in STB i.e 1080i@50hz, [email protected] default setting of STB comes at [email protected] your is full HD then set HDMI video setting to 1080p@60hz or [email protected] quality of HD is crystal clear. But the quality of SD channel is inferior wrt to other dth provider.Asked difference between nxtHD and nxtHD premium from the seller and dishtv customer care, both of them replied that PREMIUM NXT HD contains LNB is of monoblock type ( dual LNB in single LNB) and is capable of recieving 67 number of true HD channel while nxt HD STB has capability of recieving only 17 HD channel.The only query that I do not get answer from customer care is why transponder TP23 ( 11750MHz @ 29500kbps ) is showing 0 signal strength and 0 signal quality and what channel is from this transponder?Rest everything is best and got everything as mentioned in amazon site by seller.
