Love these as an alternative to crisps the pickle onion is my favourite!!! Enjoy the protein content but be aware if following a calorie control diet that these packets have two portions in them . Still a fantastic product and filling too !!! Super happy to recommend

CheeseO's Crunchy Baked Cheddar Bites - Mixed Variety 40g (Pack of 10) - Keto Snacks - 16g Protein - Low Carb - Vegetarian - Gluten FreeI ordered these because I love cheese biscuits snacks and I assumed these were like them however I was wrong these are totally different.You will gwt 10 packs in a box with 2 of each falvour which are salt and vinegar, sour cream and onion, pickled onion cheese and onion and cheese.When I looked at the ingredients of the cheese ones the only ingredients was 100% cheese that's it. These are gluten free and vegetarian . They are baked pieces of cheese and are a bit Crunchy but nor to hard. They have a strong flavour but if you like cheese they are not to intense. My husband like tge pickled onion and salt and vinegar where as I only like cheese and cheese and onion ones . .You gwt a good size packet and each pack has 8g of protein and 120 calories or less however that is not per pack it's per serving and each pack has 2 servings so beware if this as I thought I could eat the pack till I read tge back of the packet.I think the quality of these is really good I love that there is hardly anything other than cheese and I like the flavour of tge cheese ones.I think that at £27 49 at time I wrote review that is a little higher priced but if your wanting to buy them and have them for a few months than it's a better deal as your not buying every week.I am happy to recommend as theyvare very tasty and we like them.

All of this brand’s flavours are excellent, but the cost is way too high.

These cheese snacks are very tasty, I’ve never come across anything like them before as they are made of just cheese and some flavourings. They have a crunchy texture similar to crisps but with a slight chewiness, quite unique. All the flavours are nice and each pack contains a reasonable amount.

These are a pretty unique snack - not 'cheese flavoured', not 'cheesy', but literal lumps of cheese baked till they are crispy and crunchy... a very different alternative to a bag of crisps.That means that if you like cheese, you'll like them; it also means if you aren't fond of mature cheddar, you may find them somewhat overwhelming! My wife loved them; so did the dog, not that he was supposed to have any. The kids found them a bit much!The plain cheddar flavour is particularly good - to be frank, intense dried lumps of cheese don't need more intense flavour, so salt and vinegar/onion/etc all felt like overkill, just a bit too much.The quantity per pack is good - not a vast quantity, but since they are intense it feels like about the right quantity. They are also pretty filling, considering their size.Being cheese, they are also very protein-rich, and with a decent dose of fat. For those wanting to avoid carbs, they are a great snack; and hopefully they should keep you full for longer too. But I immediately wondered about taking them lightweight camping, too - they are so light, and so much of the weight is protein, that I am taken with the idea of using them as a main protein source on a multi-day lightweight camping trip.All in all, pretty good. They are £27.49 as I write for 10 packs, which is pretty steep - so I'm not sure they'd make a daily snack. But as something occasional, they'd be pretty good.

I find these are greasy you can taste the grease in them I don’t like them much

When I first saw the listing for these and ordered them, I was assuming they'd be something like the little cheese-flavoured biscuits you can get. But they're nothing of the sort.These are about as additive-free as you can get for a snack. The cheddar ones are, in fact, 100% cheddar, and this is clear when you eat them. I have no idea how they've managed to make cheese crispy without any additional ingredients, but it seems they have somehow achieved such a feat.The other flavours do, of course, have some additional ingredients, but relatively few, and nothing sinister-looking. So far, as well as the cheddar, I've tried the salt and vinegar and pickled onion varieties, and both are amazing, with the level of flavouring just right and very complementary to the cheese itself.The only problem with these is that they're ridiculously addictive! I could eat these all day. An instant new favourite of mine.
