It works good but you get irritated from the adhesive part. When you remove the patch alcohol and moisturize until the next use.

Allergies to the adhesive and magnet
At first it was ok then all of a sudden i started itching. I thought it was nothing untill i took the patch off i had a sore on my belly where i applied the patch. I tried using againg but kept getting the same results. These paches are thin and hard to remove the red patch to apply it to my navel instead directly on my skin. I guess i just cant use this brand.
