Got this for my youngest son, who is the big fitness guy in the family. This looks like a great piece of equipment. I think the belt will be comfortable to wear, since it seems to be well padded. The chain and D-rings seem to be plenty heavy-duty enough for whatever weight he want to put on them. I think this will be a great addition to his weight lifting arsenal and I think he'll like it.Recommended

I got to a smaller gym and needed a belt for doing dips that added weights. This fit the bill and works perfectly. Good sturdy material and holds the weight comfortably.

I used it for reverse hip trush off cable machine. Its sturdy and well made. Should came hook on both side as anchors for loop. Only one side and other it Caribbean
