I was having neck/shoulder pain issues for a while and figured as I hadn't changed my pillows in while that it was worth trying a new one. This was actually my second purchase as first pillow I tried wasn't right for me at all.This pillow is very different from the "traditional" pillow with its shape and firmness, however after about a month of use I can happily report that I no longer have neck pain!I will admit it isn't without it's flaws (depending how you sleep). It is perfect for back sleepers as it supports the neck very well. However, if you have broad shoulders like myself, side sleeping isn't ideal as it is not thick enough to support your neck.To over come this either have a separate pillow for laying on your side or add a thin "traditional" pillow underneath to slightly raise the height. Someone without broad shoulders may still get the support needed though.Please note it takes time to get used to! My first impressions were not good as it is soo different, however if you persevere you will get used to it and reap the benefits for a supported neck whilst sleeping!

finding it O.K. only had it 2 weeks, it states it may take 4 weeks or longer to adjust to this type of pillow.

I had been suffering with a painful neck for a few months. I realised the pain seemed to have started not long after changing my pillows, which weren't comfortable, so I thought I would try this pillow before booking to see someone.After just 2 nights of using this pillow my neck pain was totally gone!I sleep on my side and my back and find it very comfortable for both positions. I've been told it hasn't helped in the slightest with my snoring though!Only negative is it is quite small and looks a bit lost in a pillowcase but I can live with that.

i order this small pillow for my self because i was noticing my sleep habbit was getting change and wrinkles on my neck and face were getting prominent which was impacting very badly on my mood so i ordered this memory foam pillow which help me alot no same problem anymore it give me strong support during night i am not gona take anyother pillow any more i think if i travel i will take this with me such a good size

Not deep enough for my side sleep. Firmness is good but the pillow is too small in height and width

I have been using this style of memory foam pillow for years and bought this one for my wife who was having difficulty sleeping using conventional pillows. Found it works well, providing neck support and enabling a better nights sleep. My wife is happy so all is harmonious in the household, well worth the cost.

I ordered this after reading the mixed reviews, everyone sleeps differently, for me this pillow is quite firm which is fine by me as I don’t like a soft pillow. I think if you haven’t had a shaped pillow before, it takes some getting used to it. I bought this to replace an old shaped pillow so I knew what to expect but this is one is definitely much deeper & firmer than what I’m used to. I suffer with neck pain & spasms so I’m hoping this pillow will help with the pain, I woke up this morning with hardly any pain, but that could just be coincidence so I’ll wait & see.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it hoping that it helps me with neck pain and tinnitus. We will see the results.Later pillow took the decent shape.
