Rip-off
The product is no doubt fine. But this is only 50 mg strength – sold at a price much higher than you need to pay even for the 100 mg strength. The very same little pot of sixty 50 mg tablets can be purchased online for £17.57 (as at February 2021).

Too expensive for what you get.
Used it for one month, didn’t feel much difference. Also the price has doubled this time, so too expensive to keep experimenting. It was a long wait to receive the item as well.

Blood pressure reduction
I cannot express how great this is for blood pressure. If you’ve tried everything else with no luck, give this a shot. 100mg was too much for me. It made my bp so low I was getting tired. 50mg is perfect. My bp now runs 115/70.I’ve given this to three older family memebers, the 100mg, all who have had the same great blood pressure lowering benefits. It will give you a little energy as it does speed up your mitochondrial cellular energy. It also reduced anxiety. I don’t go a day without it!I’ve also tried the NOW brand and it had absolutely no positive effect. Their capsules were a powder instead of liquid. Blue Bonnet is the best and worth the price.

Contains Carrageenan
So disappointed that Bluebonnet disguises the ingredient carrageenan by calling it sea vegetable extract. Many people try to avoid this ingredient for health reasons so I feel Bluebonnet did not use the more specific name on their label for a reason. The seller explained that it is food grade carrageenan but studies show food grade carrageenan can degrade into the non food version when exposed to stomach acid. Both food grade and degraded carrageenan are problematic. Inflammation, cancer, ulcers are just a few issues. Healthline and other online sources can confirm this.
