This is one of the best douches I’ve used. It’s super easy to clean and doesn’t get messy like others I’ve tried. The angled, bendable nozzle makes a big difference, you can adjust it to a comfortable position, which makes the process a lot smoother and less awkward. Great for regular hygiene and prepping without stress. When using, water is still stored in the bottle after done using. This product functions exactly how it should. The water pressure is strong enough to clean effectively without being too harsh.

OMG do I really want to write this? What the hell... This is a huge improvement over straight, hard plastic narrow and pointy nozzle, it's bendable so conforms with human anatomy and that makes it's additional length comfortable (as well as more functional.) The check valve is also great, no back-flow, easier to clean. It's volume is good, a 2 quart bag is overkill and hard to know how much it's dispensed, much better control with this bulb. You do need to keep the nozzle below gravity, otherwise you may get some air up there and that's unconstructive. Also a bit of a drag that they recommend against using petroleum jelly, so don't be stingy with the lube.

When I purchased this anal douche I had no idea how effective the device would actually be. What a pleasant surprise. Buy it .... with no ifs, ands or butts!

First off, This was very nice quality. It had good weight and the solid nozzle made it easier to use compared to cheap alternatives. I’ve had it for 4 months and the silicon around it has shifted so that none of the holes are aligned and there’s half an inch of separation from the nozzle within it. So when using it, water is getting trapped in the silicon itself and it’s made so that the silicon cannot easily move. So it’s difficult to clean. Not sure how mine did it, but it’s not effective anymore and I’m contemplating sticking with brand or not.
