This faucet came in a compact box with just the faucet. You can use the existing water cables you have, or upgrade to the new metal braided ones, as we did. I definitely suggest putting in new ones.Our utility sink is original to the house (c.1987) so the accompanying faucet was also quite old. The hot and cold levers would no longer turn easily or turn off reliably, so I often found it dripping, despite trying to turn it off firmly. So this upgrade was definitely needed.I really like that we found one that sits perfectly on the base as did the previous one. It is simple, but functional, and functions much more reliably! The hot and cold are clearly marked with red and blue dots. It installed easily; the only trouble being getting the old one out, which is commonly the case.I gave this a 5 star rating because it was exactly as I expected and was exactly what I needed. I was surprised it didn’t come with new water cables, but I guess sometimes the distance is not standard, so I can understand. The quality is great and I expect this faucet will live in this house even longer than I will! I think you will be pleased if you order this product!

Made well. Spout is short for a 18"X 19 " basin, otherwise a much better quality utility faucet than offered in the box stores.

The media could not be loaded. Our bathroom sink has been dripping— we’ve tightened it up a few times, but eventually it always starts to drip again. Plus, I scrubbed the aerator and broke it, and it was a weird size that I couldn’t seem to find at the hardware store. ANYWAY! Wanted something not totally pricey, but good quality since we plan to renovate the bathroom eventually.Quality is good. Real metal. It’s straight and to the point, attach it to the counter, attach to the water and voila. Installation was straight forward. I am not a plumber, but I am kinda handy. Skimmed the instructions mostly to see what side of the counter all of the parts go. Took a little while longer due to toddler interruptions and I cleaned out my pipes, hah.The only thing that was annoying was how wide, but short the nuts are that go under the counter. It’s hard enough to get a wrench in the right position under the sink. And it has to be pretty tight, otherwise the whole thing will move. I held the wrench perpendicular and that worked! Maybe that’s an obvious handy person tip, but I didn’t know until I had no choice haha.But yeah, works, good quality, “very industrial” as my husband said, but I like it. Oh! Last thing, this is meant for more for like a kitchen than a bathroom. It doesn’t have a pull handle to plug up a sink— something to keep in mind. I’ll have to get a push in drain if it becomes an issue, but we don’t usually fill up that sink.

I was surprised by the price, packaging, and quality, and it is also very suitable for the modern kitchen decoration style. It is well made and is a perfect faucet. I easily completed the installation according to its instructions, it works normally and matches with other fixed devices. I have been using it for a while without any problems.
