It was like any other cheap noodles sold in market. Tastes very good. Only problem for me is the hesitation to believe this brand..? If there is no maida then good. Guess I will never know.

It contains 30% buckwheat flour, 60% wheat flour (maida) as per ingredients list. So the flavour is very light compared to authentic soba noodle. But still I like it.
