My child used this for a few months inside. Out of no where it died and won’t take a charge. Complete waste of money which is a shame because my daughter loved it. Save your hard earned money and buy something else.Update: 6/18/2025I’m changing my review and star rating because I’m completely satisfied with the outcome. I contacted the seller and explained what happened with the watch. They sent me a replacement and I came in 3 days. The replacement watch is working perfectly. Great customer service. I truly appreciate it and so does my daughter. Thank you so much.

This little watch is so cute, functionality is great and my child was really excited about it. The flashlight and games were a big hit and the camera is actually pretty clear. Great product for the price.

My daughter loves this. It is easy to use. The watch face is a little large for her wrist she is eight, the color is just as shown and good quality for the price. Overall good product

My 6yo picked this out as a Christmas gift in late 2024. Now the battery has died, and we can’t get it to turn back on, no matter how long we charge it. She really liked it otherwise, and I appreciated the mode to block apps during school hours. So it was fun for a short period of time, but I can’t recommend it for long-term use.

This has become my daughters favorite thing to use. It's easy and doesn't have access to internet so I don't have to monitor her while she's using it.

The media could not be loaded. This watch was delivered to me on February 24th. It’s now April 7th, that’s only about a month and a half or so. My son has used it every day, we’ve followed instructions completely since we opened the box. About a week ago it just completely turned off. It does not turn on AT ALL, just off with a black screen. I’ve reset it, charged it, I’ve done everything and it just DOESN’T WORK. I’m a penny pincher and I don’t spend my money on unnecessary stuff, but my son wanted this so bad so I caved in. I regret it now! Do not waste your money on a product that lasts only one month. I bought this because of the good reviews. I guess I was one of the unfortunate ones who received a dysfunctional watch. It does not give me an option to contact the seller on here and when I tried to reach out to Amazon customer service there’s nothing they can do. Again, do not waste your money. Other than that, if it would actually last long, it would be perfect for kiddos. My son did love it when it did work.Update April 14:The customer service of this seller is amazing. They saw my review and sent me an upgraded replacement watch for my son free of charge. It works great so far and I am grateful because they did not have to do that. Customer service 100000/10!
