This torch head works as advertised out of the box and I haven't had much of any issue with it at all. Sometimes the ignitor button will stick in the OFF position, but I'd rather have it that way than being able to accidentally hit the button at an inopportune moment and burn myself or anything else. The torch flame is solid, thick and beefy: it will set afire wood, paper or whatever else you need nearly instantly. My old Bernz-o-matic propane/MAPP torch's flame is about 33% smaller than this torch and accordingly, is around the same amount less effective. This torch is also louder due to higher fuel flow. The valve adjusts smoothly and works as it should. Even after accidentally leaving this torch out in rainy weather(allowing it to become fully soaked!), it still worked and produced fire on the first trigger pull. The ignitor sparks every time, and the flow tube and torch tip can be easily removed with an Allen wrench for cleaning if needed. I have no problem saying that this torch is well worth its cost, I'd buy another one if needed, and I'd recommend it to anyone who asks. Thanks for reading.

There isn't anything about this torch head that I have to complain about. It is very functional, does a great job handing flame, and it is easy to use. I have had zero issues with it. It is an excellent value for the money spent. Fuel consumption is normal like other torch heads. It turns off and seals perfectly. It is safe to operate in the manner of using a torch head like this one. It's the perfect size for common use.

I was frustrated after my last propane torch head (bought from Home Depot) broke on me. I decided to try the RTTOOA Propane Torch Head, GJ-8000pro, and I am seriously impressed. It was a much better value—I got this for a better price than the name-brand one I replaced. Not only did I save money, but the quality seems superior. It works great, ignites immediately with the trigger start, and feels solid and well-made. This is definitely a quality upgrade for the price!

I rated this with four stars not because the torch does not work well but because it uses way more propane the my previous torch. I use this mainly to light the fire in my wood burning stove and it works really well for that. My previous torch would use about one bottle per winter, and this one has already about gone through one bottle already and it is mid December. It works really well and lights the fire quickly, just be aware that it does use more propane than other torches. However, don't let that stop you from purchasing this torch. I like the way it performs and would recommend it to others as well.

It's a torch , it gets really hot. But i was really impressed with the quality. Really soild built. Works great.

Sturdy, works great, great price. Use this on 1lb green propane bottles to light bbq grill, pizza oven, pellet smoker, brushfire etc.

I have owned a few other brands in torch head types. But i have to say this one is the best so far. Very easy to use and firea right up Everytime. This one also you don't have to worry about blow back like some of the brands. Very well made unit, hope this brand holds out dor a long time. Thanks

Works perfectly. I personally would have preferred a slightly finer flame, but it obviously depends on what you are using it for.

Torch works well, a little big but big flame
