Super fast AIO with Win 11 and Office 2024
Bought this for my sister, she loves it. Set up easy and getting her off Win 10 and going to 11 was easy too. Only thing I do not like is Microsoft snooping around with one drive and login requirements (having to have a Microsoft account).

Zoom glitch keeping me from loving this system!
This PC would receive 5 starts absent the Zoom glitch, but 1st let me say how impressed I was with the packaging. So well protected! It was a delight to set up.From the specs of what I chose [highest/best/most memory, etc], I expected speed and performance. This is true, except when I'm utilizing more demanding programs [like Zoom].Then, it tends to bog down and even kick me out of Zoom [which I utilize for hours every week day]; especially when I share my screen. This is a bummer and unexpected.I worked with an expert in the settings to see if that might make a difference, but it appears to be a hardware issue.

HP Computer
I feel like I’m in heaven. Had an Apple desktop computer. Hated every moment. Back with my HP computer that I know exactly how to maneuver on. GREAT INVESTMENT!!!!!

too many questions
This company seems to be refurbishing /reconditioning computers but it is not noted on the product page. I am also not sure if the preinstalled Office has a lifetime license or just a one-time activation key. I checked the company's website and the warranty terms on their computers vary depending on whether the faulty component was replaced during reconditioning or if it was a genuine part from the original manufacturer. Can't decide whether I should buy it or not.
