Worked great. No dead pixels. Be sure to use some sort of insulating layer like tape on the back of the screen to separate it from the board.

Opened the package to find the screen wasn't even put together correctly. It had bubbles on it from where it was assembled. What looked like micro scratches covered the screen. Oh and there is a huge white scratch on the screen too. The back ribbon cable wasn't even taped down. Would not recommend wasting your money on such a cheaply made product.

I bought 2 other screens before this one and they both came with dead pixels. This one did not. Just be sure to put some sort of non-conductive insolation on the back of this screen like kapton tape or rubber. It should really have a warning about that but I'm too pleased with the screen to dock a star for that. The screen also seems to have a better viewing angle than the original. Also to note, this doesn't come with the digitizer attached that is needed for touch screen control. Great screen for a macro mod but can also be used as a DS replacement screen, you just need to reapply the digitizer.

I purchased to repair an old ds lite. It works well but my ds had damaged potentiometer so it still fades. Not the screens fault bad motherboard from GameStop.

Ordered one and received it a few days late, thanksgiving and all. Fairly easy to install and the included screwdriver was nice, but small. The quality seemed to be used. The box had no tape on it when it arrived and the item itself had adhesive and some OEM insulation on the back. Decided to install it anyways and added my own insulation from my old part. Upon installation I noticed that there was a large black mark in the screen. Functioned as it should but I bought this to fix a broken screen as it was and the fact that I got one that was broken was upsetting. Will update when the replacement arrives. Hopefully the next one won't be broken.

This was perfect for replacing my stock screen which had serious washed out colors, black was now hunter green. It looked terrible. Popped in this replacement screen in about 10 minutes reusing my original digitizer and its like brand new.

Unlike other screen replacements, this one does not have any insulation in the back and when in contact with the board, it will fry your fuses. If you buy it, make sure you insulate it in the back
